The Role
We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Lead to oversee daily warehouse logistics, supervising staff and managing inventory accuracy. You will coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments and fulfillment operations to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries. This role combines hands-on ownership of all company logistics execution with strategic leadership to scale our supply systems, team, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound receipts, storage workflows, and outbound shipments to prevent bottlenecks. Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of finished goods to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
