Data Entry Associate

DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities: Must Be Mid Level in Excel -

• PivotTables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
• , and
• INDEX/MATCH.
• Use logical and math functions such as SUMIF, COUNTIF
• , and nested
• IF statements.
• Clean and format raw data using
• Text-to-Columns, Remove Duplicates
• , and
• Conditional Formatting.
• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organize and manage digital and physical records
• Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Follow data entry procedures and company guidelines
• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( especially Excel) and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of databases and data management systems
• Strong communication skills
• Time management and multitasking ability
