Enterprise Customer Success Manager
San Francisco on-site preferred; remote is acceptable · Full-time

Enterprise AI creates value when it becomes part of everyday operations. Launch is only the beginning. You will own adoption, value realization, relationship health, renewal readiness, and expansion after go-live, combining commercial accountability with technical fluency.
What you will own
Build success plans around measurable operational outcomes and maintain strong executive and working relationships.
Drive adoption, lead evidence-based business reviews, and make customer value visible.
Identify renewal risks early and coordinate recovery with Forward Deployment, Product, Engineering, and the founders.
Find expansion opportunities grounded in customer needs and demonstrated value.
Turn successful approaches into reusable account playbooks and customer feedback into product improvements.
What you bring
- Enterprise customer success, technical account management, or consulting experience with evidence of improved adoption, retention, or expansion.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
- Clear executive communication, commercial judgment, and consistent follow-through.
- The ability to build the first useful process while staying close to customers.
What success looks like
Customers can explain the value they receive. Risks are visible early, renewals are earned, and expansion follows from useful outcomes. You will partner with Forward Deployment on implementation and the founders on commercial negotiations.
