Folder Gluer Operator

1st Shift

• 5am-3pm - four 10 hour shifts

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced

Folder Gluer Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder gluer machines to produce high-quality folding cartons in a fast-paced packaging environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Brausse and/or Signature folder gluers and a strong understanding of carton converting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate
• Brausse and Signature folder gluer machines
• Run straight-line, auto-bottom, and 4/6 corner cartons
• Read and interpret job tickets, specs, and structural drawings
• Ensure proper glue application, alignment, and folding accuracy
• Monitor production for quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Perform make-ready, adjustments, and changeovers
• Inspect finished product to ensure it meets customer and quality standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
• Work closely with die cutting and press departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Accurately complete production reports and documentation
• Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience operating folder gluer machines
• Experience with Brausse and/or Signature equipment
• Strong understanding of folding carton production and converting processes
• Ability to read job specs, layouts, and dielines
