At Minders, we are looking for a senior sales professional to develop new Enterprise opportunities in Brazil and lead complex commercial processes end-to-end.
We are not simply looking for someone with SaaS experience. We are looking for someone who has sold complex technology solutions or projects
, requiring business diagnosis, business case development, multiple stakeholders, executive negotiations, and, in many cases, integrations, implementation, or specialized services.
This person will play an important role not only in closing business, but also in opening new markets, influencing our commercial strategy, and raising the bar of the sales team
, bringing previous leadership experience.
What you will do: Develop
- new Enterprise logos
- , identifying and prioritizing strategic accounts.
- Build pipeline proactively, without relying exclusively on BDRs, inbound opportunities, or partners.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
