We are actively seeking experienced, dependable roofing subcontractor crews to partner with our growing team. If your crew takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, prioritizes safety, and values professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.
As one of our trusted installation partners, you'll install high-quality residential roofing systems while working alongside an experienced project management team committed to your success.
What You'll Do
- Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with all current OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.
- Work closely with our Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- To be considered, your crew must have: General Liability Insurance
- Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment
- Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona
- Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule
Full-Time
Day Shift
Monday-Friday
Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of roofing management experience
- 4+ years of construction experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 90%)
