Lead the people who help seniors stay independent and live better at home
Have you ever watched someone you love get lost in the healthcare system: bounced between specialists, buried in paperwork, unsure who to call? Ez Health exists to fix this problem for older adults 65+. We help seniors stay independent in their own homes by pairing them with a dedicated Health Guide who makes healthcare feel manageable again.
We're a small, fast-moving team founded by people who already helped build a healthcare company to a $3.4B valuation. This time, we're building something even more wide-reaching. THE ROLE
As a Health Guide Lead or 'pod navigator', you'll lead two pods of about 10 EZ Health Guides each. Your role is to motivate, support, and coach these guides to become even stronger advocates for our clients. You’ll also carry a small caseload of your own clients (about 30% of your time). This helps you stay close to the work and lead by example.
You're the person guides on your pod call when a client situation gets hard. You're the one who notices the pattern across five different client conversations before anyone else does. And you're the steady voice that keeps a pod feeling like a supportive, thriving team.
What You'll Do

- Lead, support, and motivate a group of about 20 health guides
- ✓
- Be the first call when a guide hits a tricky or emotional client situation
- ✓
- Carry your own caseload so you stay familiar with what's happening on the ground
- ✓
- Check in on guide performance every week and understand how each person in your pod is doing
- ✓
- Set the bar clearly and help people understand exactly what great work looks like
- ✓
- Spot patterns before they become problems
- ✓
- Run biweekly pod meetings that help guides build friendships with their pod that make the hard days easier. Help make EZ Health an amazing place to work for the people on your team

- For this role, we’re looking for someone with Good judgment under pressure, especially when the answer isn't obvious

Compensation Range: $75K–$95K
