Configuration Analyst II (Service Transition) – Service Transition Coordinator

In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination.

• Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change
• Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting
• Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators. This task includes:

Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution

Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner

• Education & Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: 0 – 2 years
• Certifications: Required

IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher.

ITIL v4 Foundation

Desired

• ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve
• Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.): IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher
• Day Shift. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required
