Community Resource Manager

YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is one of the region's largest and most established nonprofit organizations, serving thousands of women, families, and community members each year through housing, shelter, economic advancement, health and safety, and other supportive services. Our programs operate across King and Snohomish counties and are grounded in our mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Community Resource Manager connects the generosity of our community directly to the needs of the people we serve. From household essentials for families moving into housing, to school supplies, holiday support, food access, and everyday necessities for our shelters and programs, this position turns community support into practical resources that make a meaningful difference.

Working closely with program leadership, the Chief Program Officer, Philanthropy, Volunteer Services, and community partners, the Community Resource Manager coordinates the identification, sourcing, purchasing, tracking, and distribution of donated goods and other non-monetary resources across YWCA programs. This includes building and maintaining relationships with corporations, businesses, and community organizations to grow YWCA's network of partners and ensure donors receive appropriate acknowledgement.
