WWPS is seeking a Cost Engineer - CSA Civil, Structural, Architectural to join our growing team supporting a major semiconductor construction project in Peoria, Arizona
. This onsite role will serve as part of the owner's representative team and will provide cost engineering, forecasting, quantity validation, change management, bid evaluation, and commercial support for civil, structural, and architectural work packages.
The successful candidate will understand construction means and methods for complex advanced manufacturing facilities and will be able to translate design development, field conditions, contractor proposals, and schedule impacts into clear cost forecasts and recommendations. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, technical, and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced project environment.
