WWPS is seeking an experienced
Director, MEP Fitout Construction to support the delivery of a large scale, mission critical data center construction program in Haskell, Texas.
This is a senior Owner’s Representative leadership position responsible for directing mechanical, electrical, fire protection, life safety, security, instrumentation, and controls construction activities across the project.
The Director will represent the Owner in direct engagement with mechanical and electrical trade contractors operating under a multi prime execution strategy. This position is accountable for contractor performance, construction coordination, safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk, and successful delivery of complex MEP systems required for mission critical facilities.
This is a minimum two year project assignment beginning in October 2026. WWPS is prepared to support qualified candidates with incentives, per diem and travel programs, or paid relocation packages.
