WWPS is seeking a highly skilled
LPS® Planner
(Last Planner System®) to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ
. This role is responsible for leading and elevating planning performance through the implementation and execution of the Last Planner System®. This individual will play a critical role in driving a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
The LPS® Planner will serve as a key leader on the project, working across all levels of the organization to ensure planning processes are effectively implemented, adopted, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Enthusiastic Leader responsible for improving the culture of planning through utilization of the Last Planner System®. Ability to coach and train project teams – from front line workers to senior leadership levels. Ability to facilitate LPS® meetings and interfaces while encouraging collaboration.
