WWPS is seeking an experienced
Preconstruction Manager to join our growing team in St. Joseph County, Indiana, to support the development and delivery of a large scale hyperscale data center project in St. Joseph County, Indiana.
This individual will represent the owner throughout preconstruction and help establish the cost, schedule, procurement, contracting, and constructability strategy for a complex mission critical development. The Preconstruction Manager will work closely with the owner, design teams, general contractors, trade partners, estimators, procurement teams, and project leadership.
This is an opportunity to join a technically complex, high visibility project with a long-term construction outlook. Per-dem, travel assistance, or relocation support may be available for outstanding candidates.
