WWPS is seeking an experienced
Program PMO Manager to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ
, supporting a large-scale semiconductor basebuild construction program as an Owner’s Representative. This role will help lead program level governance, reporting, controls, coordination, and execution alignment across a complex semiconductor construction environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience supporting high tech, mission critical, advanced manufacturing, or semiconductor construction programs, with direct exposure to basebuild scope, cleanroom environments, central utilities, MEP systems, construction controls, and executive level reporting.
This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, organizational discipline, and communication skills. The candidate must be able to operate across multiple stakeholders, drive consistency across project teams, identify risks early, and support decision making in a fast paced, safety critical construction environment.
