WWPS is seeking an experienced

Project Controls Manager, Data Center Construction to support a large scale, mission critical data center construction program in Haskell, Texas.

This is a senior Owner’s Representative position responsible for leading an integrated project controls function supporting cost management, quantity surveying, scheduling, forecasting, change management, and commercial controls.

The Project Controls Manager will work directly with General Contractors, Mechanical and Electrical Trade Contractors holding direct Owner contracts, other Owner’s Representatives, and project leadership to drive schedule predictability, cost transparency, effective change control, and best in class project performance.

A critical requirement for this position is expert level knowledge of construction labor pricing, unit rate contracting, NECA and MCA rates, labor units, and productivity factors
