Description of Task to be Performed:
AnaVation is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Program Manager / Agile Lead to support one of our cybersecurity programs in our San Antonio office. This position combines Deputy Program Manager responsibilities with hands-on Agile leadership supporting cybersecurity engineering, RMF, and cATO activities across multiple Value Streams.
The position supports day-to-day program execution, working directly with Government leadership, ISSMs, ISSOs, ISSEs, cloud/DevSecOps engineers, and other mission stakeholders to translate evolving Government priorities into executable team actions. The successful candidate must be an adaptable leader capable of operating independently in a dynamic mission environment. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting classified environments in San Antonio, Texas.
