Vault is expanding across the Carolinas and we’re hiring a Field Superintendent to “run the show” in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep residential roofing installation experience who can manage crews, drive quality, and keep jobs moving on schedule. If you’ve led high-volume residential roofing installs and know how to hold teams accountable, this is a high-impact role in a fast-growth environment.
- What You’ll Do:: Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned Carolinas territories
- Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
- Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards
- Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)
