As a member of Waabi’s Training and Compliance Team, you’ll be the primary hands-on trainer and subject matter expert responsible for developing our Fleet Specialist (FS) workforce—the team that keeps our autonomous trucks running safely and efficiently in the field. You will partner closely with the Training Manager to design, build, and continually iterate learning programs.
Drawing on your own experience as a Fleet Specialist, you will deliver the technical curriculum that builds FS proficiency in vehicle systems, hardware and software interfaces, troubleshooting procedures, Platform Shakeout Tests, and Mixed Reality Training scenarios.
