OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Data Engineering to lead a team responsible for building and maintaining the data pipelines, models, data products, and platform capabilities that support decision-making across Alo.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, technical execution, and delivery ownership. You will develop a team of data engineers, translate business priorities into technical plans, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and well-governed data solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong engineering leader who remains technically hands-on. In addition to coaching the team and managing delivery, you will contribute to solution design, write and review code, and directly support critical data initiatives.
