In this part-time (20hrs per week) fixed term
Survey Data Processor role, your number one priority is running the engine room behind the data our customers love - launching and monitoring 40+ surveys a month with an error rate close to zero, so that everything downstream in the Tracksuit dashboard is right, on time, every time.
Why this role exists
Behind every dashboard our customers see, there's a survey operation running continuously across dozens of countries, and this role sits right at the centre of it. You'll take our documented survey processes and run them with precision at volume: setting up and launching monthly brand tracking and incidence test surveys, formatting assets, checking configurations, and keeping fieldwork on schedule and on target.
This is deliberately a hands-on execution role, not survey design or methodology. The processes already exist and are well tested - your job is to run them exactly right, every time, and to flag it clearly and early when something doesn't hold up.
