Payroll Administrator

Thuma is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to manage and execute end-to-end payroll operations. This role is critical to ensuring our employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. You’ll work closely with Finance, People Operations, and external partners to support a smooth, transparent payroll experience as Thuma continues to grow.

Thuma’s Headquarters is based in the historic Presidio neighborhood of San Francisco. Candidates should be able to come into our office.

You Will: Process multi-state payroll across multiple schedules using Rippling, building relationships with site managers to ensure timely timecard submissions and approvals in compliance with federal, state, and local minimum wage laws, tax regulations, and required deductions.
