This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office location.
What You'll Do:
- Commission a high volume of artwork by identifying freelance illustrators, providing ongoing art direction, maintaining strong partner relationships, and delivering regular status updates to the Lead Art Director.
- Develop art direction skills through hands-on mentorship from Lead Art Directors, actively seeking and applying feedback while building confidence, creative judgment, and ownership.
