Life Sales Representative to help educators plan for a secure retirement. In this remote role

What You’ll Do

• Handle in-bound inquiries and place out-bound follow-up calls to educators seeking life insurance solutions.
• Develop trust-based relationships
• , educating clients on owning life insurance products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics through consultative, needs-based selling.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
• Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and stay informed on industry updates and product enhancements.
• Schedule
• Remote, full-time position.
• Eight-hour shifts scheduled within business hours: Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–7 p.m. CT.

Requirements

• Active life license is required
• ; health license to be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• 3 years of financial services or consultative sales experience required, preferably within insurance, retirement planning, or wealth accumulation environments.
• Experience in a call center or sales role, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly in a remote engagement model.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working independently.

Pay Range:

$21.44 - $29.16 per hour with uncapped commission.

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
