THE ROLE
You'll build the secure, reliable systems beneath Valkai's agents and products. The scope spans compute, storage, deployment, data pipelines, indexing, and retrieval. You will make these systems observable and dependable across cloud and self-hosted environments while helping the engineering team ship quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and operate reliable infrastructure across sandboxes, clusters, databases, caches, vector databases, and object storage.
- Improve deployment and upgrade systems for cloud and self-hosted environments.
- Build observability, incident response, performance, and capacity systems for production services.
- Improve continuous integration, delivery, and developer workflows.
- Build integrations, indexing pipelines, and retrieval infrastructure that make enterprise knowledge useful to agents.
