Hyde builds specialist models and agents for high-stakes enterprise workflows. Our training and inference platform extracts proprietary data, deep institutional context, and enterprise dark matter to create models that reason like an enterprise's best operators, improving with every run.
We believe the next frontier of AI isn't generalist models, but specialist ones that redefine what's possible in a given domain. Getting there requires sophisticated post-training, alignment, and reinforcement learning paradigms to make agents reliably perform complex tasks in real enterprise environments. We are already doing this with Global 500s and large AI natives.
We are a fast-growing, talent-dense team of AI researchers who built frontier open models at DeepMind, early FDEs who shaped Palantir's commercial business, IOI medalists, and organizational strategists from McKinsey. You will be joining a 30+ person team based across NYC, London, and Mumbai, backed by Bain Capital Ventures and General Catalyst.
