Team Manager, Campaign Services and Client Strategy

The Role

Feathr’s Managed Services team operates as a specialized internal agency, planning, building, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. This team is one of Feathr’s biggest growth drivers and the primary engine for customer retention.

We are seeking a Team

Manager of Managed Services to lead this team through its next phase of scale. In this role, you will lead a team of ~10 Campaign Managers and Strategists, develop them into consultative marketing partners for our clients, and build scalable systems and workflows that protect delivery quality as our book of business grows. This team is already established and performing, so you're not building it from scratch, you're taking a strong team further.

You’ll report directly to Services leadership, owning both people leadership and the operational support behind our digital campaign service offerings.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading teams of 6+ individuals in client-facing roles
• Direct background in Marketing Technology (MarTech), SaaS Client Success, or Digital Marketing Agency operations.
• Proven ability to step into high-stakes client conversations, turn around at-risk accounts, and balance client satisfaction with business impact.
• Experience designing, rolling out, and driving team-wide adoption for new client delivery workflows, SLAs, or agency systems.
• Nice to haves: Hands-on experience executing paid media, programmatic, or multi-channel campaigns at an agency or SaaS company.
• Familiarity with client verticals such as Non-Profits, Higher Education, or Associations.
• Experience scaling a team.

What You'll Do

• People Leadership & Team Development
• Directly lead, develop, and mentor a team of 10–15 Campaign Managers and Strategists.
• Conduct regular call and email reviews to provide actionable feedback on client management, objection handling, and campaign execution.

Location:

This position is Remote to candidates located in the U.S. Most of the team is located in Eastern/Central timezone. We also have our headquarters in Gainesville, FL.
