About the role: Strategic Gears is looking for a Market Research Manager to join the team in Cairo. You will own the research function end-to-end — setting methodology standards, leading primary data collection, and translating findings into actionable insights that drive client strategy. Beyond hands-on research, you will lead and develop a team of researchers, oversee fieldwork quality, and act as a senior point of contact for clients on research scope and deliverables.
