Role: New User Acquisition and Growth

We are looking for a sharp, execution-oriented individual to own and drive New User Acquisition and Growth for one of our categories.

This is a high-ownership role that involves identifying growth opportunities, improving the user funnel, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• ● Own end-to-end New User Acquisition across paid and organic channels.
• ● Drive traffic and improve conversion across the user funnel.
• ● Identify key drop-offs and growth opportunities and drive initiatives to improve conversion.
• ● Build and optimise CRM and lifecycle journeys to move users from acquisition to their first transaction.
• ● Work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM and Analytics teams to drive growth.
• ● Identify opportunities to improve activation, conversion and cross-sell.

What We're Looking For

• ● 2–3 years of experience from a Tier-1 engineering college, preferably with experience in MBB consulting or a high-growth company/startup.
• ● Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ● Strong execution orientation and bias for action.
• ● Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership end-to-end.
• ● Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• ● Data-driven, commercially minded, and focused on delivering measurable outcome
