Growth Marketer at Kikoff | LAYIQ

2+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, podcast advertising, partnerships, or a related field
Experience managing performance-oriented influencer and/or podcast marketing programs
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and customer acquisition economics
Proven ability to manage media budgets and make data-driven investment decisions
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution, and other performance metrics
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills—you can manage many partners, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working with ambiguity and independently driving projects from strategy through execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A bias toward testing, learning, and iteration
Nice to Have
Experience with both influencer and podcast advertising
Experience buying media directly from creators, podcast hosts, or networks/agencies
Experience with performance-based compensation structures such as CPA, hybrid CPA/CPM, or revenue-share deals
Familiarity with podcast measurement and attribution platforms such as Podscribe
Experience with influencer attribution and tracking platforms
Experience working in fintech, consumer apps, subscriptions, or other performance-driven businesses
Experience scaling a channel from early testing into a meaningful acquisition program
Base Range
$110,000 — $145,000 USD
