Senior Director, Core Banking - North America at Quantexa | LAYIQ

Proven Leadership: Extensive experience as an enterprise software sales manager or director in North America, with a demonstrated ability to hire, grow, and elevate high-performing sales teams.
Consultative Sales Discipline: A strict, process-driven seller (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, or similar methodologies) with a track record of instilling this qualification rigor into your sales team.
Complex Deal Track Record: A proven history of personally closing and overseeing large, complex, 7-figure enterprise software/platform transactions within the financial services sector.
Hands-on Mentality: A rejection of "command and control" management. You are an active selling partner who loves rolling up your sleeves, chasing inbound leads, networking at events, and directly participating in deal cycles.
Business-Technical Acumen: The ability to understand the complex data challenges within a bank and clearly articulate how advanced technology solves those core business pain points.
Experience of collaborating with Global Alliances and partners (such as GSIs and Hyperscalers) to accelerate sales cycles and scale deal sizes.
Personal Attributes: Ambitious, highly energetic, and determined to succeed.
A direct, "no-nonsense" communicator with excellent executive presence.
An inclusive decision-maker who values collaboration but has the confidence to take decisive independent action when required.
Resilient and perseverant through long, highly regulated banking procurement cycles.
Desirable Skills
Previous experience working at a technology company during its mid-stage growth phase (e.g., scaling from $100M to $250m+ ARR).
Prior experience selling Financial Crime, Fraud, Compliance, or enterprise data management platforms into banking environments.
An existing, active network of senior executive relationships within the North American Core Banking landscape.
