The Opportunity
Are you passionate about Salesforce, solving complex platform problems, and finding smarter ways to make operational processes faster and more reliable? Sitetracker is looking for a Platform Upgrade Operations Engineer to help transform how we deliver platform upgrades.
Our team owns the end-to-end Sitetracker upgrade process—from readiness and pre-upgrade checks through execution, troubleshooting, testing, and post-upgrade validation. The goal is not simply to execute upgrades successfully, but to continuously make the process more automated, predictable, and scalable.
You will combine strong Salesforce Administration and Configuration knowledge with Copado, Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), scripting, automation, and practical AI capabilities. You will identify manual steps and turn them into automated checks, tests, workflows, and intelligent agents.
You don't need to be a software developer. You do need strong Salesforce knowledge, the ability to read and understand Salesforce code, strong troubleshooting skills, and a mindset of asking:
“How can we make this upgrade automatic?”
