About the Role
As Head of Engineering at Poesis, you'll have the opportunity to define the technical foundation of an AI-native investment manager from the ground up. Working alongside the CEO, Chief Scientist and an exceptional technical team, you'll take a hands-on role in solving complex engineering challenges at the intersection of frontier AI, autonomous agents, large-scale data and quantitative research.
