What You'll Do: Lead Line Operations

– Set up production lines, monitor kit preparation, and perform First Piece Approval
Team Coordination
– Direct and motivate Fulfillment Associates, flex employees, and temp staff to meet specifications
Quality Assurance
– Conduct in-process audits, enforce quality standards, and stop production if needed to correct concerns
Data & Reporting
– Verify and report labor data, complete job tickets, and track efficiency metrics
Technical Skills
– Use EZPOP system/Hydra for preflighting and Excel for formatting
Finishing Tasks
– Packing, counting, labeling, shrink wrapping, and equipment operation
