We’re a multiple award-winning employer with an opening for a full-time
Lead Host to ensure that residents and guests have a positive experience within the restaurants. Lead Host greet residents, family members, guests, and/or staff with a friendly demeanor; assist with seating and monitor food service according to dining standards to assure a pleasurable dining experience. The Lead Host creates meaningful moments in the lives of residents, visitors, and staff by demonstrating friendly welcoming behaviors.
W eekend, weeknight, and holiday availability required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Greets and welcomes residents and guests with a smile and welcoming demeanor.
Assists with seating while maximizing dining room space and facilitates timely service.
Oversees quick and efficient reset of restaurant.
Manages Reservation system including taking and canceling reservations, managing walk ins and waitlist.
