- Responsibilities:: Monitoring and support of the production environment, including daily scheduling and operational activities
- Incident and problem management
- Deployment of business releases, including planned, ad hoc, and emergency releases
- Creation and maintenance of operational documentation
- Participation in the development and testing of backup and disaster recovery (DR) plans
- Collaboration with application developers and testers
- Automation of operational tasks and procedures
- Independent and proactive approach to work execution
Requirements:: You hold a relevant higher education degree or have equivalent professional experience in the field.
You are committed to learning the latest Microsoft Cloud CRM technologies in a banking environment covering multiple countries.
You have knowledge of, or are willing to learn, the operation and support of both on-premises and cloud-based applications.
You are flexible, eager to develop your skills, and capable of motivating others.
You have strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Professional proficiency in English is required for the role, particularly for working with technical and operational documentation.
Advantages:: You have knowledge of sales support applications, particularly
Microsoft Dynamics CRM and
Power Apps.
Experience participating in Microsoft CRM projects.
Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and/or operations support.
Knowledge of application operation and support processes.
