Prophet Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Escrow Assistant to support our Escrow Officer in managing and coordinating the escrow process from start to finish, primarily handling the front end portion.
In this role, you will help ensure the smooth, timely, and accurate completion of real estate transactions. This position involves working closely with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, handling essential documentation and financial transactions with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and organize all necessary documents related to the escrow process, including purchase agreements, title reports, and other legal documentation.
- - Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, agents, lenders, and other involved parties. Provide regular updates on the escrow status and respond promptly to inquiries.
