- We are seeking an experienced
Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and performance of a fleet of vehicles and equipment across multiple operations. This role is responsible for ensuring maintenance programs are completed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment utilization.
Essential Functions: Work closely with Assistant Fleet Maintenance leadership and Shop Managers to promote safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
Respond promptly to equipment failures and assist with resolving customer concerns and complaints.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment utilization.
Analyze equipment and maintenance data to anticipate future needs and recommend equipment replacements.
