Role
Work directly with the CEO to build the core clinical platform and agents from scratch.
Extreme independence and ownership of product direction.
Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.
Qualifications
- Hands-on senior IC who's built products that got real traction or scaled meaningful systems.
- Full-stack depth across backend, databases, security, and ideally infrastructure (AWS is a plus).
- Comfortable deploying LLMs in production: testing, diagnostics, and continuous monitoring.
- Lives to build: side projects, open-source, startups.

Compensation
Compensation:
$180K–$300K salary with equity reflecting the scope of ownership and commitment.
