This includes developing and implementing distribution strategies, maintaining strong relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient and effective distribution operations, and achieving sales and distribution targets. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of key distributors and competitors within their assigned territory.
