General Summary
The Lead Facilities Technician is responsible for performing and, at times, leading the general repair and maintenance of the company’s facilities and grounds. Coordinate the work of service providers such as janitorial and cleaning services, plumbing services, and other facilities-related vendors as needed. Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in administering day-to-day staffing, materials, equipment, and resources required to maintain the facility and grounds and provide facility services to the site.
Lead Facilities Technicians in coordinating work requests and the work process. Help support the overall goal of maintaining a neat, clean, and comfortable work environment to allow employees and customers to carry out their responsibilities with minimal disruption due to facilities-related issues.
