Role Overview

• We are looking for a highly skilled
• Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce or ServiceNow ecosystems

LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, and AI integrations for Field Service and Customer Service workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into
• Salesforce / ServiceNow platforms
• Lead implementation of RAG pipelines
• , LLM-based workflows, and NLP-driven automation
• Architect scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems
• Define and implement
• AI guardrails
• , governance, and responsible AI practices
• Work with MCP protocols, tool orchestration, and agent-based systems
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver enterprise solutions
• Drive solution design workshops, customer demos, and technical discovery sessions
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of deployed solutions
• Required Qualifications
• 8–15+ years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud / Field Service) or
• ServiceNow (ITSM / CSM / FSM)
• Proven experience in AI/GenAI implementations
• (LLMs, RAG, NLP, semantic search)
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems
• Experience with data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with enterprise stakeholders
