Join us for Netlight Tech Avenue in Oslo!
A program designed for women and people of marginalised genders who want to strengthen their hands-on tech and business skills with guidance from experienced Netlighters.
Across three sessions, you’ll gain insight into what a career in consulting can look like, work on an tech project, strengthen your CV, and learn how networking can support both your personal and professional growth. You’ll also be paired with a dedicated Netlight career coach for 1:1 meetings, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and receive personal guidance throughout the program.
Here’s a sneak peek at what you can look forward to:: Technical Edge: Take part in hands-on workshops led by experienced Netlight consultants in software development and data. You’ll explore how different technical components connect and gain a broader understanding of the architecture behind digital solutions.
Consulting Skills: At Netlight, creativity and business sense are valued just as highly as technical competence. Together with our consultants, you’ll develop your presentation skills, learn to approach challenges from a business perspective, and gain insight into what it means to work as a consultant.
