Senior Systems Design Engineer

Mythic is building next-generation AI hardware platforms that require tight integration between silicon, packaging, and system design. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Staff

Systems Design Engineer to own and drive the design and implementation of our reference boards and hardware platforms.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role.

We want someone who can take evolving silicon capabilities, incomplete requirements, and system-level constraints and turn them into robust, manufacturable hardware designs. You will play a critical role in defining how Mythic delivers usable hardware platforms to customers and partners.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and wants to work across silicon, integration, and manufacturing to build high-quality hardware systems. You should be equally comfortable designing boards, working with external vendors, and supporting bring-up and debug.

What you’ll own: Own design and development of

• reference boards and hardware platforms
• Translate silicon capabilities into practical, high-quality system designs
• Drive schematic design and guide PCB layout (internally or with external partners)
