Build residential plumbing systems that work right for customers from day one. As a Residential Plumbing Install Lead at Sierra Air, you will lead high-quality installations, solve field problems, and help customers understand the best solution for their home. You will have a company vehicle, ongoing factory and in-house training, and a Monday-Friday schedule.
We are growing our plumbing team and are looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in code-compliant work, clear communication, and following through. Our culture is built around trust, fairness, community, and innovation. Qualifying candidates are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
What You'll Do
- Install and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures.
- Install water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, whole-home repipes, and redrains in line with applicable code requirements.
