About the Role
We're looking for a driven, experienced seller to establish and grow Skyflow's presence across the Middle East. This is a founding, territory-building role for a strategic enterprise AE who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has closed complex, high-value SaaS and technology deals.
As one of the first sales leaders in the region, you'll shape our go-to-market, build relationships with key enterprises, generate pipeline, and establish Skyflow as the trusted partner for organizations tackling data privacy, security, governance, and localization.
You'll own the full sales cycle: territory development, prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, and expansion. You'll partner closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and leadership to build the foundation for long-term growth in the region.
What You'll Do
- Build and own the Middle East territory: develop and execute the strategy to establish Skyflow across key markets and strategic accounts.
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation, close, and expansion.
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, account-based selling, executive networking, partnerships, events, and inbound.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior technology leaders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering and Product).
- Lead consultative discovery to uncover business, technical, security, privacy, and operational needs.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes, building consensus across business, technical, security, legal, procurement, and executive teams.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to build compelling demos, solutions, and business cases.
- Manage complex negotiations spanning commercial terms, procurement, legal, security reviews, and executive approvals.
- Consistently hit or exceed revenue targets, backed by a high-quality pipeline, accurate forecasts, and clear close plans.
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account expansion.
- Partner with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership on territory and account strategies, and represent Skyflow across the region as a voice of the market.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally selling into technology-driven or highly regulated organizations.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex enterprise deals with six-figure+ ACVs.
- Demonstrated success selling to C-suite and senior technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and the like).
- Strong track record building pipeline and opening doors independently within large enterprises across a defined territory.
- Experience running multi-threaded sales cycles with many decision-makers and influencers.
- Fluency in MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, or a comparable structured sales methodology.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills, with the business acumen to tie technical solutions to measurable outcomes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
- Works effectively across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Leadership.
- Willing to travel across the Middle East as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Selling data, security, privacy, infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, or AI platforms.
- An existing network of CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CPOs, and VPs of Engineering and Product at Fortune 500s and high-growth tech companies in the region.
- Closing deals in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, or Oman.
- Building a new territory or joining as a founding or early sales hire at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
