We deploy solar-powered, AI-assisted cameras to enforce traffic laws where pedestrians are most vulnerable, automating enforcement in ways that traditional systems cannot. Founded by the team behind Motive's AI dashcam and backed by Bain Capital Ventures and Khosla Ventures, we are building the intelligence layer for safer streets globally.

As we open our new Salt Lake City office and grow our annotation team, we are looking for a Video Data Annotation Team Lead to help build and manage our newest team. This person will be deeply integrated into the day to day functions of the annotation team to understand exactly what the team is seeing, but experienced enough to coach others, identify problems, and keep the team operating at a high standard.

This is a player-coach role. You will still spend time reviewing video and working directly in our annotation workflows, but your bigger responsibility is making sure the people around you are successful. That means answering questions, reviewing difficult cases, catching quality issues before they become patterns, helping new hires ramp quickly, and making sure the team understands how to apply guidelines consistently.
