Role Overview

As Senior Product Manager for Global Experience at Lodgify, you will own the connective tissue of our platform, orchestrating the end-to-end host journey across shared surfaces like Calendar, Reservations, Navigation, and AI-Cohost. You will lead the strategy to create intelligent, personalized experiences that guide vacation rental hosts from initial onboarding to long-term business success.

⭐ How will you make an impact?: Optimizing the end-to-end host journey:

Mapping and refining crucial lifecycle moments to help hosts discover, activate, and unlock value quickly.

Evolving global product surfaces:

Defining the shared UI/UX patterns, navigation, and core workflows for high-frequency tools like Calendar and Reservations.

Driving activation and re-engagement:

Uncovering friction points where hosts stall and launching targeted product interventions to deepen adoption and prevent churn.

Building intelligent, personalized experiences:

Leveraging customer intent and behavioral signals to guide hosts to their next best value moment.

Eliminating workflow friction:

Partnering with Design and Analytics to experiment, simplify booking management, and accelerate task completion.

Unifying the cross-product journey:

Collaborating horizontally across engineering and domain teams so Lodgify feels like one seamless, intelligent ecosystem.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?: 6+ years of Product Management experience:

Proven track record in SaaS or TravelTech scaling horizontal experiences, lifecycle growth, or core product surfaces.

Mastery over lifecycle & onboarding dynamics:

Deep experience analyzing product funnels, activation milestones, user retention drivers, and reactivation loops.

Strong data fluency and experimentation mindset:

Ability to synthesize quantitative analytics and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes.

Excellence in cross-functional orchestration:

Skilled at driving cross-team alignment, shaping product standards, and influencing without direct authority.

Customer-obsessed mindset:

Passionate about understanding user behaviors, simplifying complex domain workflows, and delivering intuitive experiences.

Onboarding and key setup milestones are streamlined, significantly improving early trial conversion within 6 months.

Increased core product engagement:

Sustained usage and adoption growth across foundational product surfaces including Calendar and Reservations within 9 months.

Behavioral signal tracking triggers proactive in-product journeys that save at-risk accounts and re-engage inactive hosts within 12 months.

Cohesive experience delivery:

Consistent UX standards and navigational hierarchy deployed smoothly across cross-functional product domains.
