Why this role exists
Jack & Jill is changing how companies hire. We’re ~25 people headquartered in London and building fast. We just raised $40M Series A, led by Air Street Capital with participation from Creandum and Madrona. This is a role for a true superconnector: someone who can throw a room-stopping event and turn it into content that reaches ten times the people who showed up. Every event is two things at once: a real-life moment and a content asset.
You run it, you capture it, you amplify it. That’s the loop, and you own it end to end.
