From H1's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
At H1, we believe access to the best healthcare information is a basic human right. Our mission is to provide a platform that can optimally inform every doctor interaction globally. This promotes health equity and builds needed trust in healthcare systems. To accomplish this our teams harness the power of data and AI-technology to unlock groundbreaking medical insights and convert those insights into action that result in optimal patient outcomes and accelerates an equitable and inclusive drug development lifecycle.

H1 is building the "LinkedIn of medicine" - a two-sided provider network where healthcare professionals and research sites claim their profiles, share their expertise, and connect with sponsors, life science companies, and patients. We've shipped the first chapter: Site Network (trials.h1.co), which lets research sites find themselves on H1 and submit their capabilities, and public doctor profiles (profiles.h1.co), which lets HCPs take ownership of their H1 presence.
Now we're writing the next chapter: giving every provider a concrete, workflow-level reason to claim and maintain their profile - including credentialing and provider-onboarding services built with industry partners - and turning a claimed profile from a page on the internet into infrastructure providers depend on. We need a Senior PM to own the activation, growth, and product evolution of this network.
As part of H1’s hiring process, all candidates are required to participate in an in-person final interview. Depending on your location, this may require travel.
You have a strong point of view on what good looks like in a marketplace or network-effects product, and you know how to build both sides simultaneously.
You've built zero-to-one products that pair software with a real service or operational component - you're as comfortable designing a workflow and its unit-level metrics as you are writing a PRD.
You're comfortable in ambiguity - you build structure where none exists and move fast without a fully defined playbook.
You're fluent in, or eager to go deep on, the operational realities of healthcare - credentialing, enrollment, payer-provider data flows - and you're energized by regulated, compliance-heavy problem spaces.
You lead with empathy for the end user (HCPs, site coordinators, clinical staff) and hold high standards for product quality and execution rigor.
You're equally energized by hands-on activation work and longer-horizon product strategy, and you don't wait to be told which one needs attention.
You communicate with clarity and conviction - with engineers, with commercial teams, and with executives.
Compensation
This role pays $130,000 to $160,000 per year, based on experience, plus variable commission based on performance, in addition to equity.
Anticipated role close date: 10/27/2026
