Practice Manager (Medical Office)

A well-established boutique medical practice is seeking an experienced

Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a collaborative, patient-focused team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving office operations, supporting staff, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice, including staff supervision, physician scheduling, insurance processes, and office workflow. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while building a long-term career with a stable specialty practice.

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure an efficient, well-organized office
• Supervise and support front office and clinical staff
• Coordinate physician scheduling and overall office workflow
• Manage insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing
• Lead administrative processes, office procedures, and monthly staff meetings
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
• Help maintain a high-quality patient experience from scheduling through follow-up

Qualifications: Previous Practice Manager or Medical Office Manager experience

• Experience with insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Hands-on, collaborative management style
• Plastic surgery experience highly preferred; dermatology or other specialty medical practice experience also considered
• QuickBooks and/or Nextech Practice Management experience is a plus
